  6. Just make sure it's not too big Now that iam done cutting I will be frying this in a preheated oil of about 355'f you don't have to Wait to turn this over a continues stirring is what will get the chin chin evenly browned.
  7. Once your desired browness is achieved take it off the heat and allow it to cool completely before serving. Enjoy
