  7. Plating my food is wat I love most. Get a small plate with a nice shape, pour some spagetti into it till full. Press down and pour more. With your plate upside down on the spagetti, turn over and leave to cool a little to bring the shape out. Remove the plate, carefully put some of the fish sauce on top, with the plaintain, fish and egg. The green leaf is a fresh small bitterleaf just to bring out its colour.
