  4. Heat 1 large turning spoon of oil, add diced Onion, fry it for 1 mins, add the blended paste allow it to cook for 8-10 min
  5. When it taste sour add baking powder and reduce the heat
  6. Add spices and seasoning, fry it until the oil comes up and the stew is done. Serve hot.
