  1. Boil the cashews,onions and green chilli with glass of water.Cool it and make afine paste.Malai is ready.
  2. Grate paneer and boiled potato.Add given spices for koftas.And make a dough.
  3. Take amall size balls.Flatten them.
  4. Add chopped cashews and raisins.Roll in corn flour.Dust extra flour and keep for 5 minute.
  5. Golden fry them in hot oil.Take oil and ghee in a pan.
  6. Add khada masala and roast.
  7. Now add malai we have made before.Add cream and curd.Mix well.
  8. Now add other spices one by one.Cook until it removes oil.Now add a glass of water and boil at once or how much gravy you want.Serve well.
  9. Add roasted cashews,raisins,cream and coriander leaves for garnishing.Soft,creamy and delicious hotel style malai kofta is ready to eat.
