Steps to make Garri patties:
  1. Put left over eba in a bowl, add grated pepper, onion, seasonings and sardines.
  2. Mix altogether until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Cut a small portion of the mix and flatten them into patties with your palms.
  4. Place a non stick pan on heat, add a drop of oil and place the patties one at a time, fry on low heat until golden brown, turn over to the other side. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, onion and green pepper.
