  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a saucepan. Then pour the melted liquid mix into your dry ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking tin, press it down firmly. Cover with cling film and chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
