  7. Sift the egg mixture in a separate bowl or measuring cup. Pour egg mixture into tart shell
  8. Preheat oven to 200°C. and bake tart for 10-15min until edges are lightly brown. Lower heat to 180°C and keep an eye on them. Once the custard puffed up a bit, pull the oven door open a bit.
