  7. In another bowl, add ⅓ cup of bread crumbs, ¼ cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup butter, mix and set aside for the filling.
  8. Take out the dough after it has doubled in size and transfer it on to the counter. Knead for some minutes and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a thin circle.
  9. Fold the dough into a cylindrical shape, and cut into pieces using a knife.
  10. Roll each piece and spread the filling at the centre of each piece.
  11. Roll back each piece into a cylindrical shape and transfer onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  12. Sprinkle bread crumbs on each bread piece. Cover with a clean towel and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  13. Bake on a lower rack until bread puffs up, then transfer to an upper rack till golden brown.
