  6. Prepare 75 g sultanas(dried)
  7. Take 75 g raisins(dried)
  8. Make ready pinch salt
  9. Make ready 200 g coursely grated chocolate
  10. Get 1 tsp oil to lightly grease the oven dish

  1. Pre heat oven 180C/350F.
  2. In a large pan gently melt the syrup brown sugar and butter until smooth
  3. Next add all dry ingredients EXCECPT the chocolate to the sugar mix and blend well
  4. In a lightly oiled oven dish pour in granola mix and cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and continue baking for 10 mintues. Remove once golden brown and allow to cool totally.
  5. When totally cooled using a fork break up the granola into a mixture that looks crumbly now add the grated chocolate and mix well. Serve as is or with some greek yogurt and fruit for a delicious breakfast
