  1. Cut your meat into small pieces
  2. Get all your spices needed
  3. Pour oil and soy sauce on beef
  4. Add in all your required ingredients
  5. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix everything together. (It will look as if all d spices are much but I love mine like that because it tastes so delicious when all those get into our meat)
  6. Cover with a cling film and marinate for 3 hours or overnight. I marinated mine overnight.
  7. After marinating, soak your skewers for 30 mins. This is to avoid them from burning
  8. Cut your veggies
  9. Arrange meat and veggies on skewers and arrange on baking tray(I used an oven, you can also use a grill) U can see how our meat looks even before grilling it. It looks juicy s
  10. Bake each side for 15 mins each. This is 10 min in the oven and u could see all those juicy goodness 🤤🤤🤤. I’m salivating again😂
