For mine, I will make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious. When it comes to cooking healthy meals for our own families, there’s always some amount of dissention among the positions. The good thing is that there are recipes which are very healthy but the healthful nature of these recipes is somewhat concealed. What they do not know in these instances truly should not bring harm their way (outside allergies, which should not be discounted ).

Stuffed Bell Peppers is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look fantastic. Stuffed Bell Peppers is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have stuffed bell peppers using 11 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Bell Peppers:
  1. Take 6 whole large Bell Peppers (Capsicum)
  2. Get 1 lb ground beef
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup long grain rice
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup water
  6. Get 1 (16 oz) can of tomatoes, or 2 tomatoes (diced)
  7. Take 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  8. Take 1 tsp salt
  9. Make ready 1 tsp pepper
  10. Take 1 cup grated cheese
  11. Get 1 smidge of Worcestershire sauce
Steps to make Stuffed Bell Peppers:
  1. Slice the tops off the bell peppers, and remove the seeds. Dice the bell pepper tops until you have 1/2 cup of them, and set aside the rest in the fridge for a different recipe.
  2. Boil the bell peppers, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Drain upside down, and sprinkle salt and pepper lightly on the insides.
  3. In a skillet, cook the beef, onions, and bell peppers til the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain the fat.
  4. Add the rice uncooked, undrained tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes covered, or until the rice is tender. Stir often to make sure the rice doesn't stick to the pan.
  5. Once the rice is tender, mix your cup of cheese in, and then stuff the mixture into your peppers.
  6. Cover your baking dish holding the peppers, and bake in an oven at 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. If you don't like the bell pepper skins, like me, then when they're done cooking, if you flip them onto a plate so the bottoms are facing up, you can pierce the center with a fork and peel the skins off in large strips fairly easily, instead of trying to do it from the cut side down.

Wholesome cooking can be difficult as many stuffed bell peppers of us do not wish to spend time planning and preparing meals that our families refuse to eat. At exactly the same time, we want our own families to be healthier so that we feel compelled to understand improved and new ways of cooking well balanced meals to our family to enjoy (and unfortunately in some cases scorn).

Together with nourishment and weight being known as at fault in numerous health and fitness problems it is impossible to ignore the importance of not only eating ourselves but instead of teaching our children the importance of eating healthy. One way to insure that your loved ones are infact eating healthy is to be certain that you are cooking healthy and wholesome meals for them. This does not follow that you can’t like the occasional calorie splurge or maybe you shouldn’t. The trick to cooking healthy is always learning to regulate elements and understanding the importance of moderation.

It’s those tiny steps you take towards your aim of cooking healthy foods for your family that may matter far greater than any creature leap. Before you understand it you may discover that you have greater energy and a much better sense of overall health than you would have imagined before changing your cooking customs.
