  2. Take 2 bell pepper
  3. Get 2 tsp milk
  4. Get 2 tsp food colour
  5. Take 4 tsp sugar
  6. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 2 tsp cashew nut
  8. Get 2 tsp raisin
  9. Take 2 tsp almond nuts
  10. Get 1 tsp oil
  11. Make ready 2 tsp ghee
  12. Prepare 1 tsp whole garam masala
  13. Prepare 2 tsp polau masala
  14. Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves

Instructions to make Green bell pepper with sweet polau:
  1. At first,cut the surface of the bell pepper
  2. Soak the rice in water
  3. Then,boil it 70% in hot water
  4. Clear the pulp from the capsicum
  5. Then,grease oil in both side of capsicum
  6. Take ghee in pan with whole garam masala and dry fruit
  7. Add boil rice in pan and saute.
  8. Add salt and sugar in it.
  9. Now,add milk mix colour in rice in same pan
  10. Next add coriander leaves and mix.
  11. Trun off oven and pour the rice in bell pepper.
  12. Bake the stuff capsicum in steamer in oven.
  13. Cover the lid and take 25 min
  14. After steam,Finally rice completely cook.
  15. Keep the stuff bake bell pepper in plate.
  16. Serve it with spicy curry.
