  14. Take as needed Water
  15. Prepare As needed Salt
  16. Make ready As required Oil (for frying)
Steps to make Kofta Curry:
  1. Add grated bottle gourd,mix masala, coriander leaves, Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder, salt as per taste, ginger garlic paste, and gram flour in a large bowl. Mix well till all the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Make koftas by applying few drops of oil and make koftas.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Drop the kofta in hot oil and deep fry till the golden brown color.
  5. Remove koftas from oil and keep on a plate.
  6. Lets make gravy for koftas.
  7. Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  8. Once the oil is hot enough, add 2tbsp coriander leaves, 1 chopped onion, 1tbsp mix masala, 1tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder, 1 tbsp dry coconut grated, 1/4 ginger- garlic paste.
  9. Mix well the ingredients and add few drops of water.
  10. Add salt as per taste and let it cook for 10 min.
  11. When the gravy is properly cooked, turn off the over them.
  12. Now Kofta curry ready to serve.
