  2. Take Scotch bonnet(depending on ur tolence),3 big size red pepper,3 big size green pepper,half cube small cabbeage,fried meat,water as required

Steps to make Couscousjallof:
  1. Steam carrots(after u diced) with pears and keep aside.
  2. Cut ur pappers and remove the seeds inside,grate/blend.Dice onions and keep aside too.
  3. Now,heat oil,fried the peppers for about,5 minutes.Add 1 medium rubber cup of water.
  4. Add the Maggi and spices of ur choice,cover and leave it to boil.
  5. When it boils,add ur cous-cous including the veggies u kept aside(I.e carrots &pears),slice onion and add too,use long fork and stir,in other to separate from one another.
  6. Cover and lower the heat,then leave it to simmer,like for 5minutes.Ur cous-cous is ready to serve.
  7. Note! i used knorr chicken instead of curry,that's what makes the cous-cous so colourful.
