Get For the kofta
Make ready 250 gm chicken keema
Take 5 p boiled egg
Make ready 1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
Get 1 tbsp green chillies (finely chopped)
Make ready 1 tsp ginger(finely chopped)
Prepare 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
Make ready 1 tbsp crushed fried onion
Take 1 tsp cumin powder
Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Take 1 tbsp roasted gram flour
Make ready 1 tbsp oil
Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice

Get For the Gravy
Make ready 2 medium size fried onion(paste)
Take 1 medium size tomato paste
Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Take 7-8 cashew nuts paste
Take 2 tbsp beaten yoghurt
Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1 tsp cumin powder
Take 1 tsp coriander powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
Get 4 tbsp oil
Make ready 1 tsp garam masala powder
Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Nargisi Kofta:
Mix the chicken keema with finely chopped onion,ginger,garlic, green chilli, crushed fried onion,red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,oil,cumin powder, coriander powder,roasted gram flour and lemon juice.
Divide the paste into 50gm portions. Place one portion on your palm and make it flat. Place one boiled egg onto the chicken keema and cover the egg completely with the keema
Make all the koftas following the above-mentioned procedure
Heat sufficient amount of oil in a pan and fry the koftas untill it turns golden brown. It may take 5-6minutes to fry each batch of koftas.
Now it's time to make the Gravy. Heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder,salt and sugar one by one. Fry the spices for 3-4 minutes adding little water and then add the yoghurt and cashew paste.
Cook for another 2-3minutes and then add the fried onion paste. Cook until oil separates from the spices.
Add water and let it bubble.now add the fried koftas and cook for 5-6minutes in medium flame.
When the Gravy turns into the consistency you need,turn off the flame and add the garam masala powder. You can add some coriander leaves also at this time.
Divide the koftas into halves. Serve with naan/paratha and enjoy the royal flavour with your near and dear ones.
