  5. Prepare 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
  6. Take 6 tbsp sweet and sour khajur chutney
  7. Get 6 tbsp spicy green chutney
  8. Get 1/2 cup curd
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp chat masala
  11. Take 1/2 tsp roasted cummin seeds powder
  12. Get 1/4 cup besan sev
  13. Get 2 tbsp spicy chanadal namkeen
  14. Take as required Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnishing
Steps to make Sprouts Papdi Chaat:
  1. Assemble all mentioned ingredients at one place.
  2. To prepare Sprouts Papdi Chaat(1 plate).. Coarsely break 6 papdi (puris). Arrange in serving plate.
  3. Mix moong sprouts, chopped boiled potato, onion, tomato salt, in mixing bowl. Spread half of this prepared mixture on crushed papdi as shown.
  4. On it pour/ sprinkle 2-3 tbsp (each) of khajur chutney, spicy green chutney, dahi as shown.
  5. Sprinkle chat masala, cummin seeds powder, salt,besan sev, chanadal namkeen. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Sprouts Papdi Chaat.
