  1. Prepare 1 cup boiled chanay
  2. Get 1 medium boiled potato (cubes)

  6. Take 1 tbsp oil
  7. Take 1/4 cup tamarind pulp
  8. Make ready 1/2 cup yogurt
  9. Take 1/4 tsp salt (2 times)
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Chaat masala (2 times)
  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp crushed red chillies (2 times)
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp zeera
  13. Take 1/2 tbsp sugar
  14. Take 2 tbsp green chutney (prepared before)
Steps to make Mix Chana Chaat:
  1. First of all in a pot add oil and fry zeera for just 1 min..
  2. Now add chanay, potatoes, salt, crushed red chillies, Chaat masala and saute it for 2-3 mins then put it in bowl and set aside.
  3. In same empty pot add tamarind pulp, sugar, salt, crushed red chillies and chaat masala.. and cook it for 3-4 min till sugar dissolves
  4. Now pour this cooked tamarind pulp in cooked chanay bowl..
  5. Now in Chana bowl, add whisk yogurt, onion sliced, tomatoes deseeded sliced, green corriandar and green chutney.
  6. Mix it well. Add some papri over it 😋 enjoy
