The Dahi Bhalla Papdi (Puri) Chaat Recipe is a delicious recipe that is great when had as a tea time snack with friends and family. Then assembling the dahi bhalla chaat will be super easy. Dahi Bhalla recipe is almost the same as how you make Dahi vada. For our Holi brunch, I had prepared Delhi style Dahi Bhalla chaat and it literally transported me to heaven.

  1. Take Boiled Potato and finely chopped potato..
  2. Mix 1/2tbsp ref chille,1/2tbps jeera powder to mix it well add 2 tbsp cornflor
  3. Take boiled green peas.. And finely chopped peas with mixcy.
  4. Mix jeera power,chili powder and Salt add chopped green peas in small oil in fry.. fry green peas after cool mixed and make round like tikiya
  5. Round Green peas tikiya up sattafing make round like tikiya potato..
  6. Deep fry on pen
  7. In plate place tikiya
  8. Add curd chuteny, Red chuteny, green, chuteny
  9. Sprinkle salt, chilles powder, Peanut
  10. Add chopped onion, ratlami sev, to taste salt
