  1. Take Spinach
  2. Get 5 medium sized scotch bonnet
  3. Get 3 red bell peppers
  4. Get 3 medium sized onions

I cook my spinach this way all the time but do not cover it.   4. Add the crush mixture and stir occasionally - Keep stirring until you perceive the sweet smell of the mixture
  5. Add seasonings and stir,at this step we add the sliced onions and stir
  6. Add the steam spinach and cook for about two minutes then take of the heat and serve
  7. Note:1. steaming spinach makes it to maintain its green colour and will take time when cooking
    1. Leaving your spinach to cook long makes it to looks bad and it will not attract people. TAKE NOTE
