  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  13. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  14. Get 2-3 cloves Garlic
  15. Prepare 1 small piece Ginger
  16. Get 2 tsp Sugar
  17. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
Steps to make Achari Paneer:
  1. In a pan add 1-2 tsp ghee and add the chopped onions, stir till golden brown. Once fried, kepp for cooling. In a grinder add the fried onion, mango picke, all the dry masala powder, garlic, ginger and make smooth paste
  2. Parallely, cut the paneer in cubes and keep aside
  3. In a pan add 2-3 tsp oil, add kalonji, saunf, jeera and stir till nice aroma is there. Now add the paste (prepared) and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, sugar, 1/2 glass water and continue stirring few seconds. Add the paneer cubes. Then add garam masala and cover the pan, keep for 2-3 minutes till the gravy is thick. Now switch of the stove, achari paneer is ready. Serve with paratha, roti or steam rice.
