  1. Take 10 green pepper (Rodo)
  2. Prepare 4 green bell pepper
  3. Get 1 cups Palm oil
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Locust Beans
  5. Get 2 Big Bulbs of Onion
  6. Get Diced chicken
  7. Get 1 kg diced offal
  8. Take 2 tbsp crayfish
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. Prepare 2 knorr Cube

Ofada rice is a name for heritage varieties of rice grown in south-west Nigeria. It is used in a variety of dishes. Ofada rices are mostly blends, and some of the rice varieties in the blends are not indigenous to Africa; however, they usually also contain African rice. Ayamase stew also called Designer stew or Ofada sauce is a green bell peppers stew, which happens to be a delicacy common in the western part of Nigeria.

Steps to make Ofada Sauce:
  1. Pour in the palm oil, place the pot on heat and allow it stay until it's sizzling hot, remove from heat and allow the oil to cool off
  2. Set it back on fire and add onions, after a minutes, add chicken and offal and fry once then meat is dried out, remove and set aside
  3. Add the locust beans almost immediately after then about 2 minutes add the pepper paste and allow it fry without stiring about 7 to 10minutes
  4. Add crayfish, salt and knorr cube stir in the fried chicken and offal, reduce heat and allow it cook for another 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat
  5. Turn off heat and serve with ofada rice and boiled egg
