  7. Prepare 5 pieces eggs
  8. Prepare 1 big onion bulb
  9. Prepare 1 wrap ogiri

Ofada rice is a name for heritage varieties of rice grown in south-west Nigeria. It is used in a variety of dishes. Ofada rices are mostly blends, and some of the rice varieties in the blends are not indigenous to Africa; however, they usually also contain African rice. Ayamase stew also called Designer stew or Ofada sauce is a green bell peppers stew, which happens to be a delicacy common in the western part of Nigeria.

Steps to make Ofada sauce:
  1. Blend fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper with ata rodo.
  2. Wash the meat with salt and enough water.wash twice.
  3. Boil the meat for 30mins with intense heat.
  4. Boil the blended tomatoes and pepper till all the water drys.
  5. Bleach palmoil for 4minutes.allow it to cool
  6. Boil eggs separately for 5mins.
  7. Pour in the blended tomatoes.Fry for 10mins,pour in the meat and the stock.
  8. Add salt and maggi,ogiri and cook for 4mins.
  9. Peel the eggs and inside the ofada sauce.
