The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Fish Sauce:
Prepare 2 Fresh Titus Fish
Get 4 large Fresh Tomatoes
Make ready 4 Fresh Habanero Pepper
Make ready 1 large onion
Take 1/2 cup Veg oil
Take 3 bunch ugu leaf
Get to taste Salt
Get 2 bouillon cube
Instructions to make Vegetable Fish Sauce:
Wash pepper, onion and tomatoes and blend in a food processor and set aside in a bowl; Wash Ugu leaf and dice then set aside.
Cut fish into sizeable portion, remove all the unwanted parts, wash thoroughly, drain and set aside
Heat up pot and once its hot, add veg oil, once oil is hot, pour in your blended pepper mix; do not stir, allow it fry on it own and once you notice the oil is floating at the top, add salt and boullion cube
Gently place your fish and cover the pot allow it simmer for another 5 minutes, taste and gently stir so you do not scatter the fish, cover you pot and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes,
Finally add in your slice ugu leaf, stir and turn off heat; serve with white rice
