Steps to make Japanese pork katsu curry 🍛:
  1. Prepare 3 plates, flour, egg(beaten) and breadcrumbs. Dust your porkchops with flour, then place your pork chops on to the egg plate, try to covered it all in egg then transfer to breadcrumbs department.
  2. On medium heat pan or wok add cooking oil in for about 2-3 min then add your pork in. Fried on both side until golden and crisp. Take them out and cut them into small slices.
