  8. Now take soaked dried red chilies. I have soaked the dried red chilies in hot water for at least one hour.
  9. In the same mixer, grind the dried red chilies coarsely along with the tomato onion garlic paste.
  10. Now we will cook this paste in a pan with 2 teaspoon sesame oil.
  11. We will add in the grinded paste into the heated sesame oil and cook for a minute at medium flame.
  12. Now add sugar, black pepper powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and dry ginger powder to the grinded paste. Mix everything nicely.
  13. Bring one boil and then cover it with a lid and simmer at low flame for two minutes.
  14. After two minutes add the vinegar and mix everything nicely and cook for another two minutes.
  15. Your spicy Momos Chutney is ready !
