Make ready 1 kg chicken
Take 2 onion finely chopped

Marinate the chicken with curd salt and red chilli powder. Keep it rest for 20 minutes.
In a pan heat oil. Add chopped onion. Saute for two minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for two minutes.
Add marinated chicken. Cook for a few minutes. Add coriander powder and gram masala powder. Cook until oil separates.
Now add water. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
