  8. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  9. Get 4 tbsp Coconut Oil

  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked)
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  13. Take 2 Green Chillies (Slit)
  14. Prepare 1 Onion (Big Finely Chopped)
  15. Get 2 tsp Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli paste

  1. Wash & Clean the prawns & apply some salt & turmeric powder to it & set aside for 30 mins time-Then, shallow fry/sauté it for not more 2 mins on the medium flame- set aside

  6. Add in some water- (if required), add in the fried prawns & mix everything well together- cover the lid of the pan for 2-3 mins & let it cook
  7. Now, add in the thick coconut milk & stir gently- cover it & cook for about 3 mins time… - Once done: Add in the thin milk now & gently mix everything together until well combined & incorporated
  8. Add in some ghee- give it a really good mix- turn off the flame & let it sit on the oven for about another 10-15 mins time
  9. Dish out & Garnish- the way you like it…Serve hot with equally piping hot steamed rice or fried rice & relish it with family or friends.
