  1. Make ready 3 unripe plantain finger
  2. Make ready 1 cksp palm oil

  4. Stir and allow it simmer on low heat for about 3minutes then add smoked fish stir gently so you don’t mash it up
  5. After 2minutes add scent leaf, turn off the heat and stir then serve.
