Steps to make Ring doughnut:
- In a bowl pour one cup of warm in a cup with ur yeast and one tblspoon of sugar and cover it to rise
- In a bowl pour ur flour and sugar
- Add ur egg and mix
- Pour ur yeast mixture
- Mix it well then add ur butter and mix very well then add one cup of flour to mix the dough very well
- Put ur dough on a surface to knead it very very well for 40mins if your yeast is very active the dough will be rising and will be forming bubbles on it
- Return it on a bowl cover it to rise for 15min until double in size
- Mould it into round shape and fry at low heat

My first guess was: Make a milky but hard (like a solid tough ring) ganache type (or may be fondant type but with milk powder rather than sugar) filling ring.
