The ingredients needed to make Godshe:
  1. Make ready 200 gms chana dal
  2. Take 200 gms goan rice(you can use any rice)
  3. Make ready 600 ml coconut milk
  4. Prepare 100 gms palm jaggery
  5. Make ready 100 gms sugarcane jaggery
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Take 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  8. Take 1/2 cup grated coconut
  9. Take 2 tsp cardamom powder
  10. Take 1 Coconut
  11. Take Handful mint leaves
  12. Take Handful pomegranate for decoration
Instructions to make Godshe:
  1. Soak chana dal and rice for 1 hour and pressure cook them for 1 whistle.
  2. Take a pan add boiled rice and chickpeas, coconut milk, jaggery, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and salt and cook on a medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes
  3. Until combined and set in a tart pan and let it cool for 1-hour garnish with coconut, mint leaves and pomegranate and serve with a cup of tea.
