  6. For cooking vegetables chop cabbage, capsicum and carrot finely.
  7. Take a kadai and heat 1tbsp oil in it and add ginger garlic and green chillies to it.
  8. Saute it for 10-15 seconds.
  9. Add the chopped vegetables to it and again saute it for 2-3minutes.
  10. Add salt and black pepper powder to it.
  11. Cover and simmer it for 3-4minutes until the vegies becomes soft and mushy.
  12. Turn off the gas and cool down the vegetables.
  13. Now make small round balls of the maida dough
  14. Roll in very thin and place the cooked vegetables on it.
  15. Cover the vegetables from all the sides.
  16. You can give the shape as per your choice
  17. Steam it for 8-10 minutes into a steamer.
