Steps to make Palm oil jollof rice:
  1. Parboiled your beans, drain and set aside
  2. Wash your pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion, Grate them together and set aside
  3. In a pot add in palm oil and onion fry for 2mnt, add in grated pepper, ginger and garlic saute for 3mnt
  4. Add all your seasoning and spices saute for 1mnt, pour water in and allow to boil
  5. Add in wash rice stir and cover the pot until half done cook
  6. Then add your parboiled beans and stir, cover the pot and cook until the water drain up or until your rice is well cook
