  1. Make ready 250 grams refined flour
  2. Take 1/2 cup milk

Steps to make Momos:
  1. Take refined flour,add salt and mix it with milk to make a smooth dough and keep it aside
  2. Make filling of Momos by mixing grated cabbage, carrot and grated garlic by adding salt and pepper, keep it aside for five minutes.
  3. Squeeze the filling by using your palms to remove water and make it dry.
  4. With the help of roller pin make small small thin round and flat shapes and fill it with filling and stick the corners and close it like Momos.More than twenty Momos will be made with this dough.
  5. Heat the water in a big vessel,put a rice drain sieve brush little oil and put all the momos in one go and cover it with lid for five minutes and cook it in steam,then turn around the Momos and cook it again.your Momos will be ready.
  6. While we are steaming Momos,let's make red chilli chutney,soak the chilli in water for five minutes,put it a grinder,add tomato,garlic and salt, grind it propping a smooth chutney.
  7. By the time your Momos are also ready, serve steaming hot Momos with spicy red chilli chutney.
