  1. Take 1 & 1/2 cups evaporated milk (reduced thick milk)
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup melted jaggery or to taste
  3. Get 1/2 cup milk powder
  4. Take 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp. rose water / kewra water
  6. Prepare As needed chopped nuts to garnish
  7. Get as needed grated jaggery to garnish
