  1. Peel and perboil the potatoes.(note they should be in circular shape) Keep aside
  2. Add ginger, salt, curry, thyme black /white pepper, seasoning and grated onions to the minced meat
  3. Fill the minced meat in between 2 potatoes and seal with toothpick
  4. Mix flour, curry, seasoning(i always use this all n1 seasoning in my kitchen).
  5. Beat egg. Dip in ur potatoes in egg and coat with flour mix and fry in a heated oil at low heat. To allow the meat inside to cook.
  6. Serve with ketchup or any sauce of u choose. Enjoy.
