  4. After dried out and almost but not sticking to pan, add 2 mugs (about 500 ml)of plain water.then simmer under medium low heat until lentils are soft and not too mushy.van top up with sliced green peppers
  5. Then now your lentil are done.serve over coconut rice, or any breads of choice… with yogart and onion garnish or any yogurt raitas of choice. Here served with wholemeal flat breads.Bismillah and enjoy
