  1. Take 6 cups semolina
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 Tblsp of yeast
  3. Prepare 1 tsp baking soda
  4. Get 1/4 cup sugar(optional)
  5. Get 1 cup yogurt
  6. Prepare Onions
  7. Prepare Oil to grease pan

Steps to make Sinasir:
  1. Add semolina, yeast, baking soda, sugar (you can add salt if you want)and mix. Add yogo and warn water and mix to a moderately light batter. Cover and keep in warm place for 2 hrs to ferment.

  5. Serve hot with vegetable soup (with the sugar added my kids eat Sinasir as snack without soup). Bon appetit monamies 🥰
