The ingredients needed to make Rice pancake (sinasir):
  1. Get 8 cups White rice
  2. Get 2 cups Cooked parboiled rice
  3. Prepare Yeast 2 tablespooon
  4. Get 2 cups Flour
  5. Prepare 1 cup Fresh milk (kindirmo)
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  7. Make ready Salt
  8. Take Sugar
  9. Get Little oil for frying

Steps to make Rice pancake (sinasir):
  1. Soak white rice for 2 to 3 hours
  2. Wash, drain, in a clean bowl or bucket mix up the cookie rice and soaked rice take to grind
  3. After grinding, put yeast, flour baking powder, freshmilk(kindirmo), mix well and allow to rise
  4. After rise put small amount of sugar and salt, rub ur nonstick pan with little oil pour in ur battter and close on low heat when done remove and continue the process NOTE THAT: the other side is not flip serve with miyan taushe or cowtail peppersoup
