  1. Wash both lentils first. Soak the yellow lentils in lukewarm water for 2hrs. Then in a sauce pan pour 2 cups water and add both lentils. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and tomato. Cook them for 20 minutes.
  2. Now take a frying pan. Add 2tbsp of vegetable oil. Fry the onion, garlic and cumin seeds until turn brown. Now add the cooked lentils in it. Mix them well and cook for another 10mins. Garnish with fresh coriander.
