  2. Add yeast,pinch of salt and sugar mix all the dry ingredient well.

  5. After rising,take the mixture and mix it again. - Place ur pan on fire add oil when hot deep ur hand inside water/oil so that when u put ur hand inside the mixture it will not stick.
  6. With ur hand take a little mixture make a hole in the middle and put it inside the hot oil. - Fry it till golden brown. - You can eat it with any soup,taushe,onion sauce,stew,spinach sauce(alaiyahu) or even sugar.
  7. Walah…!you have ur semolina and flour fankaso. - note:you can use semolina only without mixing it with flour,but when u fry it,it is white in colour not golden brown. - and its same method.
