Put water in a pot and then on top of fire and boiled the water, and then take a boul put ur 3cups of semolina and mix it with cold water a bit thick and pour it in ur boiled water on fire mix it until town thick live it 20mis then bring ur semolina powder poured into the pot and mix it until thick all together close it about 10mins your semo is ready serve it warm.
Wash your meat and cook about 20mins, add your palm oil in a pot, add some onions and blended pepper stir and let it cook until the water drie add your dry fish stock fish and cray fish stir live it about 5mins then add your spinach and ugwu leaves and seasoning stir it and live it for 5mins then serve it warm.
