Steps to make Kuku kienyeji:
  1. Boil the chicken for few minutes around 5 minutes
  2. In a clean sufuria place it on medium heat add cooking oil then add onions fry till brown
  3. Add diced tomatoes and stir till they are well cooked add chillies and salt
  4. Add chicken and stir
  5. Add a 1/2 cup of water,turmeric powder and stir let it boil for some minutes, add dhania and remove from heat
  6. Serve with rice, vegetables, chapati or ugali
