Assemble potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, and half the black pepper and salt. Roll around and rub to coat everything evenly. Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper on either side of each chicken thigh.

  3. In a different pot,fry onions when almost golden brown add garlic and ginger(minced),slowly add your spices n a bit of tomatoe paste and fresh
  4. When it seems like sticking on the pot pour some chicken stock and stir,,,add your chicken n stir add the rest of the chicken stock and let it boil
  5. When almost ready add the carrots(in this case 1 carrot cut into 3)salt n pepper to taste n turn on low heat till it's ready and thick add parsley (dania)n covered ready to be served
  6. For the potatoes(just peel n wash)Bring water to boil(add salt n butter) add your potatoes n let them boil one time,,,,deep fry them
  7. For the veggies carrots (washed no peeling) cut into slice,green chillies the same n the cucumber…steam them with salt n pepper,,,in a pan add a pinch of butter,minced garlic and saute them for 3 mins (remember they need to be crunchy
