Steps to make Managu  Ugali:
  1. Remove rhe managu leaves from the stalk, wash and put boil for about an hour.
  2. Then start frying the onions in oil until golden brown or semi golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and stir. Stir until it becomes all mashed up. Add salt. Then add the vegetables and mix very well.
  4. If the managu has water allow the water to Evaporate. Then add a half liter of milk.
