Get 1 pack Barilla Spaghetti
Prepare 1/2 kg beef
Get 4 fresh tomatoes
Take 5 fresh habanero

Take 4 shombo
Take 1 large onion
Make ready 1 tbsp fresh garlic and ginger crushed

Get 1/4 cup veg oil

Wash tomatoes, onion, shombo, tatashe, pepper and blend using a food processor; wash beef, spice with pepper, onion a little garlic and ginger, stock cube and salt and allow it cook till beef is soft.
Heat up veg oil and once it’s hot, fry cooked beef and remove from pot once it’s abit fried.
Add blended tomatoes paste and crushed garlic and ginger; stir fry till the paste is cooked through
In a big pot, parboil enough water and add salt once it’s boiling hot add your spaghetti and cook for less than 10 mins; remove from heat and drain water immediately run cold water over it to stop the cooking process.
Add fried beef into the sauce stir then add cooked spaghetti into your tomatoes sauce pan and stir thoroughly cover pot and cook for another 3mins then off heat and serve.
