Brush oil on each circle and fold into half… then gently roll a little.. place these on parchment paper… and keep aside for 10 mins
Prepare steamer and steam these buns in batches..and keep aside
Spicy chicken: in a bowl add the boneless chicken pieces and add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and maida… mix all well.
Deep fry these chicken pieces in batches and keep aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped garlic and saute then add the fried chicken, all the sauces and honey mix well… then add. Cornflour slurry and mix well… garnish spring onion greens..
