Then add your peanut milk to a pot and add just enough water to the quantity of your pudding and put on the heat(keeping an eye so it does not boil over and make a mess).
  3. By now your rice paste has settled,carefully strain the water on top. Pour your rice paste in a large bowl enough to contain your pudding then add some water to it to make a thin but not too runny batter,then when your peanut milk is starting to get hot add in the cooked wheat grains stirring often. When it comes to a boil allow to boil for about 2to3mins stirring so it does not boil over then pour the peanut milk mixture over the rice paste and stir to avoid lumps.
  4. If it is too thick you can add more water to your desired consistency. Then add in the lemon juice and sugar to your taste. Enjoy!
