  1. Grate your Scotch bonnets,tomatoes,chili pepper and set aside.
  2. In a pot pour little amount of oil and stir fry your grated kayan Miya,add your seasonings
  3. Set your water and allow it to boil,wash your rice and rinse with clean water.
  4. Pour onto your pot of boiling water,cover your pot.
  5. Chop your vegetables and set aside.check your rice if it starts to tender then you add your vegetables and stir.covwr your pot and leave to tender.
  6. When the water almost dries up and your rice is soft then your jollop is ready!! Bon appeitos.
