  1. Soak all the gravy of chhole if it's too much.Grind it.Add all ingredients in it.
  2. Mix well and make small balls.Flatten them nicely.Make a dip of corn flour and herbs.
  3. Take bread crumbs and all ingredients ready.Now dip the balls in corn flour.Then roll it on crumbs.
  4. Do the same for all flatten balls.Then keep it for 5 to 7 minutes in fridge.
  5. Well coated balls are ready to fry in oil.Fry in medium hot oil.Fry slowly till turns brown.
  6. See the colour and texture of kabab.Serve hot hot with mayo or sauce.
