I wash d beef,fishes,kpomo add in a pot add my grated ginger,attarugu, garlic, seasoning,spices,I cut one onions,add lots of water,cover and allow to cook untill soft and tender and d water dry off a little.While d meat and everything r cooking,wash and cuts ur leaves.When d meet is cooked transfer them in to d bowl and clean d pot.
  2. Take ur pot back on fire,add red oil,add cuts onions,cry fish,stir fry for 3_4munites add ur cuts water leaves,stir for 2munites add back d cooked meat
  3. Add d ugwu leaf,stir well,cover and allow to cook for 3_4 munites and take off d heat,do not cover ur pot completely because ur greens will change colors and serve immediately.
  4. U can serve ur Edika-Ikong soup with any swallow of choice or white rice.I serve my soup with Semo Swallow.Enjoy
